Gyms are open again. That means back to chasing the pump and chasing gainzzz! For those who have not been able to train at home during lockdowns, this is not the time to train hard or break records or "catch up on lost gainzzz". This transition period is when you are at the highest risk of injury. So take your time. Go slow. Give it a month or so to build back up to where you were before. The gym will be there. The gainz will be there. Think long term.
